Hmmmmmm, Dwight from The Office a superhero? Rainne Wilson gonna be playing on in the new comedy "Super". His character is a dude who becomes a superhero called The Crimson Bolt after his wife, played by LIV TYLER, falls under the spell of a charming drug dealer. He won't have super powers, but he swings a big wrench.

Paula Abdul must be taking lots of happy pills to be dealing with the news that Ellen Degeneres is taking her place on American Idol! On Twitter, Paula said "I think Ellen will be a great judge on 'Idol'. I wish her and the show only the best of luck." I am most interested in how they'll be sitting!

The trailer for the MICHAEL JACKSON documentary, "This Is It", will premiere on the "MTV Video Music Awards" this Sunday night. "This Is It!" follows the last three months of Michael's life, when he was rehearsing for his 50-date London concert series. It'll hit theaters on October 28th . . . and for now, it's only scheduled to have a limited, two-week run.
