Big day on IM

Lots accomplished today - thanks to my friend January, I believe we have a great idea for Hunter's Halloween costume:

January : i saw an awesome costume idea
January : he could dress up as Michael Phelps

I'll run that past him tonight when I get home. He's having his 2nd drum lesson today. The boy has rhythm! He is a fast learner and I believe he will be able to take over for any drummer at anytime by his 4th lesson. Tommy Lee- if you're reading this, be nervous.

I was the Lunch Lady at Hunter's school today. Sooooo much fun! I work in Snack World so the kids come to me to buy chips and cookies and stuff. I can't believe how many of them buy Salt and Vinegar chips! GROSS! They taste so bitter to me! I thought only my Mom and Oprah ate those. H always gets a bag of M&M cookies - good choice!

I am very devistated by the news of Madonna's divorce from that Guy. I feel badly for her and the kids. He kind of sounded like a tool to me (I read her brother Christopher's book), but then again, I respect her right to choose any Guy to marry.

KT is working on the new ShiaLaBouf movie that is shooting in New Mexico (and all the actors just went to Egypt). We once sent a message to each other through Fergie (who I interviewed) and her fiance Josh Duhamel(he's working on the movie with KT). I told Fergie to ask Josh to tell KT I wanted my Rick James CD back. HAHAHA! We thought it was funny! Ya know, I have never gotten my RJ CD....I wonder if the message was relayed....



Talked to my sister Tami in LA today too, she asked how I was doing with the news of the break up. Then accused Madonna of saying something SHE DIDN'T say at the show on Saturday:

tami McD...flipped out some fans who sat down at the concert for a break...she is losing it....

Weekend in NYC!

I went and saw Madonna at Madison Square Garden this weekend!!WOO HOOO! Like the Diva she is - she was an hour and a half late to start the show. Aaaaaaand, like the Diva I am, I was really perturbed. I would like to talk about the show - but I don't want to ruin anything for anyone going to the show in Atlanta or Miami or anywhere else before her tour ends. I did see Kelly Ripa and her hot husband What's-his-name. HOT HOT HOT! I heard Jerry Seinfeld was there. He heard I was there too. I couldn't help myself - I wore my I HEART SARAH PALIN shirt to the show. Madonna rips on her for a minute during one of her songs, so I thought I would show SP some support! I'm a real Maverick! You Betcha!!!

I've been to NYC a million times and this was the first time I actually went to Carrie Bradshaw's apartment! There was a sign that said No Trespassing in front of the steps, but that didn't stop people from taking pics! I kept waiting for Big's towncar to pull up and for Carrie to run out and jump in! Oh I miss that show! I'm going to wear out my DVD's pretty soon and then I'll be introuble! As much as I like seeing it on the CW or TBS, it's not the same without the colorful mouth of Samantha Jones.

My friends and I met 2 really cool girls from London and they were trying to teach us some cockney slang....but then some kid was throwing a strop in the park and we left. I'm going to have to google some slang so I can hold a conversation with them next time...and adopt an English accent. Hunter (my son) will think it's odd, but then again, he knows I'm not totally sane.
